Shipping and processing

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, for this cannot be updated once an order has been submitted.

We do! We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $100 through FedEx (2-5 day service). Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time so please provide an exact street address for receipt of your order.  Any order under $100 will have a $15.00 shipping charge.

There is a $10 shipping charge for all returns that use our prepaid label- please visit our returns section for more information.

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST will ship out within 3 business days. For orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST, over the weekend, or on holidays, processing will begin the next business day and then be released from our warehouse within 3 business days. Due to COVID-19, you may experience some shipping delays. 

During holidays and peak time, please allow an additional 3 business days to process your order.  

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is released from our warehouse.

The timeline for shipping starts from the date the order initially ships, not the date an order is placed. After the 3 business day processing time, you will receive an email with tracking. 

Standard ground shipping takes 2-5 business days, depending on where you live. FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 10 business days from the ship date.

If there is a specific date you need your item by, please contact Customer Service to determine if such date can be met.

Yes! You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is released from the warehouse. 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Persifor order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns that are in new condition, unworn, and with tags still on within 15 days of purchase date for a refund. Any items after 15 days will no longer be valid for return, exchange.  *Please note, any return sent to our office location will not be processed and we will require a call tag sent to us.*

Final Sale items and items ending in $.99 are not eligible for return or exchange - no exceptions.

In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we now require the use of our return label and a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or credit. 

If you purchased your Persifor item from a boutique, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

Your refund or store credit will be processed within 14 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving your return. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to show on your card statement. *Please note, any return sent to our office location will not be processed and we will require a call tag sent to us.*

In order to ensure that the item you are interested in is still in stock, you must purchase the new item and return the item that did not work out for credit to your card. Payment and Pricing

Persifor accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and ApplePay.

No, we do not offer price adjustments for merchandise that has been marked down including Final Sale items.

Please note, only one promotional code can be applied to an order. Promo codes are not eligible on gift cards or with Persifor Pairs. Promo codes cannot be used on FINAL SALE items.

If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout by entering it as it appears in the “discount code’ field and clicking apply. Promo codes will not apply to sale items.

Our first-time customer discount code can only be used once along with other promotional codes unless otherwise noted.

All items ending in $0.99 or marked FINAL SALE on our website are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time - no exceptions.
