Wholesale Account Executive

Persifor is a resort brand founded in 2011 that creates custom printed dresses and accessories available at specialty retail stores and online at Persifor.com. Persifor is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to manage and expand the brand’s wholesale footprint while handling the day-to-day operational tasks of the wholesale business. The ideal candidate has high energy and a can-do attitude with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must also be comfortable working in a small business environment and be very self-sufficient.

Job Description

•Manage new and existing accounts throughout the entire lifecycle: Write sales orders, acquire signed terms agreements, data entry into Persifor’s order systems, manage accurate and timely payment from accounts with Office Manager, liaise with fulfillment center to ship merchandise within shipping windows, assist stores in merchandising decisions and generate re-orders.

•Develop a business plan to expand Persifor’s wholesale business by identifying new wholesale accounts and target markets throughout the US and abroad. This includes but is not limited to small specialty shops, “major” accounts, subscription-based businesses, and private label opportunities.

•Initiate and manage brand collaborations with like-minded companies in the children’s, home and lifestyle markets.

•Prospect and close deals through phone calls, trade shows, e-mail marketing, physical mailings, special events, social media and other creative methods. Candidate MUST have the ability to effectively cold call and travel to meet with retailers in person and think “outside of the box“ to grow the business.

•Responsible for all trade show applications, booth ordering/set up, and working all days of the event. This includes but is not limited to NY, Atlanta, Miami and Dallas markets.

•Work closely with distribution center to ensure timely deliveries and accounting of returns.

•Structure and run weekly ATS reports, advise on open to buy and product buys based on store sales during the season. Create a line plan for future seasons based on expansion of the brand and feedback from the stores. Skills Required

•Ideal candidate will have a background in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and a strong interest in the fashion industry with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

•A strong list contacts in the field for brand expansion and potential collaborations.

•Understanding of women’s contemporary market and keen eye for merchandising and design.

•Willingness to handle a range of operational issues, think creatively and solve problems independently. •Ability to travel domestically and commute to Connecticut office at least 3x/week.

Digital Marketing Manager

Persifor is a resort brand founded in 2011 that creates custom printed apparel and accessories available at specialty retail stores and online at Persifor.com.

Persifor is seeking an enthusiastic and full-time candidate to facilitate the brand’s marketing initiatives and handle the day-to-day operational tasks of Persifor’s Ecommerce, social and direct mail touch points to drive growth, visibility and revenue for the brand. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO.The ideal candidate is detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must also be comfortable working in a small business environment, be self-sufficient and have Digital Marketing and extensive data analysis experience with an apparel or accessory brand.

Job Description

•Responsible for creating digital advertising strategy for Persifor.com. This includes:

o Suggesting budget framework, guidelines and ROI calculations in conjunction with inventory projections and flow of product.

o Develop and implement campaign structures and build out of target audience groups and demographics for paid searches. Overseeing bid adjustments and creation of text ads and launch ads (including content and copy information) in accordance with best practices.

o Weekly monitoring and reporting of advertising activity and Ecommerce sales

•Create outline and implementation of email and direct marketing calendar and campaigns (both digital and hard mail outreach) as well as all subsequent website refreshes. This includes managing graphic design and ensuring timely delivery of assets for approval by CEO and deployment of all marketing collateral across company channels (including bi-annual catalogue and monthly post card mailings).

•Leverage pre-existing and new relationships with influencers and strategic partners for collaborations and new product development.

•Maintain all pertinent social media calendars and platforms in connection with product launches and influencer postings Skills Required

•Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of marketing and digital paid search experience, strong MS Office skills (with an emphasis on Excel) and understanding of graphic design and printing processes.

•Understanding of women’s contemporary market and keen eye for design and quality

•Willingness to handle a range of operational issues, think creatively and solve problems independently

•Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

•Can commute to corporate office in Connecticut.

Intern

The ideal candidate has high energy and a can-do attitude with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must also be comfortable working in a small business environment and be self-sufficient.

Job Description

•Assist Persifor team in day to day jobs intrinsic to the business including but not limited to: Data entry, wholesale correspondence, physical customer mailings, special events planning, and other creative tasks.

•Handle day-to-day customer service requests from online shoppers and wholesale accounts during peak seasons.

•Work closely with Office Manager in organization of office files and sample closet.

•Aid Marketing Manager in email campaigns, website refreshes and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Skills Required

•Ideal candidate will have background in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Quickbooks a plus.

•Strong interest in fashion industry and understanding of women’s contemporary market with a keen eye for merchandising and design.

•Capable of thinking creatively and solve problems independently in a small business environment.

•Ability to lift and carry large packages.

•Ability to work scheduled events over select summer weekends and commute daily to Connecticut office a minimum of 2 days per week.
