Should you need your items sooner, UPS Overnight and 2-day air is available for an additional charge. These shipping costs are per address and calculated at check out.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or to PO Box destinations- when checking out, please include a viable street address for all deliveries.

All items ending in $0.99 are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) in original condition with the tags and packaging intact within 14 days of the shipping date for refund. Items shipped after 21 days of order being placed are only eligible for exchange.  All SALE items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, tags removed, or damaged in any way.

EXCHANGES: If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

The customer is responsible for any items lost or damaged.

We recommend that you insure a prepaid package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.

The exact 'print repeat' in your final dress may vary from the website images due to the custom print process and the variation in garment sizes.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and 3-5 additional days to appear on your credit card statement.   

We do not offer price adjustments for merchandise subsequently marked down after your order date.

Please follow the return/exchange instructions below:
1) Email with your Order #, Item # and reason for return. Items ordered ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and not elligable for return.
2) Customer service will issue you an RN#.
3) Circle the item(s) you wish to return on your receipt and write the RN# at the bottom.
4) Ship the items and receipt form to the below address with any traceable shipping method. Please make sure your package is prepaid. Once we receive your package we will promptly efund items as you instruct. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
